Transmission and storage
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to the form provider used by CGM Groupe and delivered to the designated CGM Groupe mailbox. The form provider, hosting provider, and mailbox provider may process technical records according to their own policies.
Retention
Contact enquiries should be retained only for as long as needed to respond, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, and comply with applicable law. CGM Groupe should establish and follow an internal deletion schedule.
